Real money talk for a generation nobody taught.

What the Show Is About
Millennials are the first generation that was told to figure money out as we went. No home economics class in high school. No 401(k) orientation at the first job. No family members willing to talk about it around the dinner table. We were handed student loans and a vague sense that we should be "doing something" with our money, and then sent into the world.
I spent the first decade of my career on the inside of the financial industry, including nearly a decade managing money for country music artists. I earned my CFP® in 2012 and later founded Melby Wealth Management in 2019. The Melby Money Show is me taking that perspective and putting it into plain English. One topic per episode. What the tradeoffs actually are. What the math actually says. What I'd tell a friend who asked over coffee.
Past episodes have covered IRAs versus brokerage accounts, the snowball versus avalanche debt methods, ETFs versus mutual funds, stocks versus bonds, how to hit $1 million by 65, investing through an election year, and what "wealth" actually means when you slow down and think about it.
